As the new Early Years Manager at Avon Valley Nursery and Preschool, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in early childhood education. With a strong background in leading high-quality settings and supporting teams to deliver outstanding care and learning, I am passionate about creating nurturing, inspiring environments where children thrive.

I believe in building a positive, supportive workplace where practitioners feel valued, empowered, and motivated to grow professionally. My approach combines strong leadership, up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework, and a genuine commitment to child-centred practice.
