THE IMPORTANT BITS

You'll be responsible for leading the nursery's day-to-day operations, including:

• Inspiring, coaching and developing a high-performing nursery team.

• Driving occupancy, enrolments and commercial performance.

• Managing budgets, staffing and operational efficiency.

• Ensuring outstanding EYFS delivery and high-quality learning environments.

• Maintaining excellent safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted standards.

• Building strong relationships with parents and the local community.

• Supporting recruitment, staff development and retention.

• Creating a positive nursery culture where children and staff thrive.

• Safeguarding our team and our children

You'll need:

✔️ Previous Nursery Manager or substantial senior nursery leadership experience.

✔️ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

✔️ Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.

✔️ Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

✔️ Commercial awareness and the confidence to manage nursery performance.

✔️ A genuine passion for creating an outstanding nursery experience.
