🌟 The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
We are looking for a Level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner to join our exciting Forest School provision, creating inspiring outdoor learning experiences and supporting children’s development in a unique, hands-on environment 🌿
This is more than a nursery role — it’s a chance to be part of something new, shape an expanding provision, and bring learning to life outdoors.
You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:
🌿 Forest School & Outdoor Learning
Support the delivery of our new Forest School provision
Help create engaging outdoor learning experiences through nature-based play
Support our holiday club offer as part of Forest School
Get involved in an exciting period of growth and expansion
(Forest School training provided!)
🎨 Delivering Outstanding EYFS Practice
Deliver rich, engaging learning through child-led and adult-guided activities
Support observations, assessments, and planning using Famly/Portal
Act as a key person, supporting children’s development and wellbeing
Contribute to planning cycles and next steps
Support all children, including those with SEND, through inclusive practice
🛡 Health, Safety & Organisation
Carry out daily risk assessments to ensure safe, clean environments
Support daily checklists (opening, closing, room setup, outings)
Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and infection control procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas
Follow emergency and security procedures at all times
🤝 Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with your team to create a positive, proactive environment
Attend staff meetings, training, and nursery events
Support new team members and apprentices where needed
Contribute to delivering consistently high-quality childcare

· Level 2 or Above Early Years qualification
